It's a feature list, not a course. Use it as a quick product dictionary before a sales call, but don't expect to learn any actual skills.

Who it's for
New business users or consultants needing a glossary of Dynamics 365 CE products.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for hands-on skills or a 'why' behind the features.
Pros
Provides a complete, up-to-date list of what's in the box.
Clear, structured, and easy to skim.
Includes a section on Copilot, which is relevant.
Cons
Extremely dry; reads like a product catalog.
Doesn't explain the business problems each app solves.
The 'interactive' parts are just multiple-choice quizzes.
It's a product catalog organized into slides. I clicked 'Next' for two hours just to figure out the difference between Customer Insights and Customer Service. It tells you what buttons are called, not why you'd push one over the other. I got the list of names I needed for a meeting with IT, and that was about it. It’s like reading the user manual for a car you haven't decided to buy yet.
