A useful, free reference guide if you're an admin staring at a new Dynamics Contact Center instance. For anyone else, it's just a long product spec sheet.

Who it's for
Consultants or admins already working in a Dynamics 365 environment who need a quick product tour.
Who should skip it
Anyone without a sandbox or license; you can't actually do any of the steps.
Pros
Good overview of the channel configuration options.
Covers chat, voice, and advanced settings.
Free to read.
Cons
Purely theoretical without a live Dynamics 365 environment.
Reads like documentation, not a hands-on tutorial.
Knowledge checks are simple vocabulary tests.
It's a documentation tour, not a lab. You read how to provision a voice channel, but you can't do it. Screenshots are helpful, and it's good for learning vocabulary for an interview. But without a tenant to click around in, it’s like reading the manual for a car you can't drive. I finished it, but I don't feel like I can actually 'configure channels' now. It was free, so there's that.
