Who it's for
Functional Consultants preparing for an exam; Business Users needing a quick feature overview.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for hands-on practice, coding skills, or a deep understanding of the AI.
Pros
Quick overview of the Teams integration feature.
Clear screenshots of the user interface.
Part of the official Microsoft Learn curriculum.
Cons
No hands-on practice; it's a read-only product tour.
The 'AI' is just a simple contact suggestion feature.
Quiz is just a memory test on what you just read.
The 'Configure Chat' unit is just a series of screenshots explaining where to click. No sandbox, no interactive demo, just… reading. The whole thing felt like watching a PowerPoint. Calling it 'training' is a stretch. The 'AI-assisted' part turned out to be a simple contact suggestion tool based on who has solved similar cases. Technically that's AI, I guess, but it's not what the term brings to mind. The knowledge check only tests if you remember which menu a setting was under. It took less than half an hour to click through, but I'm not sure I 'learned' anything that couldn't have been a two-minute video.
