A solid, if superficial, 30-minute briefing to prepare you for a meeting. It won't teach you how to build anything, but it will give you the right words to use.

Who it's for
Business leaders or managers who need a quick, high-level vocabulary briefing.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for technical depth or hands-on implementation details.
Pros
Efficiently covers core concepts like models, cost drivers, and value propositions.
Uses clear, business-focused language, avoiding deep technical jargon.
Good primer before a longer learning path or workshop.
Cons
Purely conceptual; no demos or interactive elements.
Feels more like a glossary than a strategic guide.
The 'Knowledge Check' is very basic and doesn't test real understanding.
The 'cost drivers' unit was the only part that felt grounded. It broke down compute, API, and people costs into something I could actually put on a spreadsheet. The rest of this module is basically a deck you read by yourself. It ticks the boxes—what is gen AI, what are the models, what are the risks—but without any real-world scenarios or even a screenshot of a bad output. All very abstract.
The final quiz just asks you to recall definitions. Did it give me the vocabulary for my next meeting with the data science team? Yes. Did it give me a mental model for making a strategic decision? Not really. This is the pre-reading for the real meeting. It gets everyone on the same page with the terminology, and that's about it. A good primer, but manage your expectations.
