A 20-minute product tour disguised as a training module. It answers 'where is the button?' and nothing more. Use it only if you're completely lost in the new interface.

Who it's for
Absolute beginners who just installed the new Outlook and need a quick tour of the contacts feature.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for advanced contact management, automation, or integration techniques.
Pros
Quick to complete.
Covers the absolute basics of the new UI.
Official documentation, so it's accurate for the features shown.
Cons
Extremely basic; more of a product manual page than a course.
No hands-on practice, just reading and a simple quiz.
Lacks any depth or 'why' behind the features.
This was basically a glorified help page. It shows you where the buttons are in the new Outlook People hub, you click through a few pages, and then a quiz asks if you remember where the buttons were. I guess it's useful if your company just forced the update and you can't find anything. But calling this 'training' is a stretch. You'd figure this out faster on your own.
