A decent one-hour primer for anyone who has inherited a Power Platform setup and needs to know what buttons to check. It's more of an admin's checklist than a PM's strategy guide.

Feels more like a feature list than a strategic guide.
The 'Adoption Metrics' part is very surface-level.
That 'Monitor Adoption Metrics' unit had me taking notes. I expected a guide on how to actually drive adoption, maybe some KPIs that matter to the business. Instead, it was a tour of where to find the tenant-level analytics dashboard. Useful, but it's the 'what', not the 'so what'. The whole module is like that. It shows you how to enable activity logging with Purview and manage a data gateway, which are things our IT admin worries about. The exercise where you configure monitoring was just following a script of clicks. I get it, this is for the 'Administrator' role. But as a PM, I'm left connecting the dots myself. Why are we logging this activity? What business risk does this gateway management mitigate? It’s a good technical checklist, but don't expect it to provide the business case for you.
