A useful, high-level map for non-admins to understand what their IT team worries about, especially regarding Copilot rollouts. Not a deep-dive course for becoming an admin.

Who it's for
PMs or team leads needing a quick, non-technical overview of M365 admin concerns.
Who should skip it
Sysadmins seeking in-depth troubleshooting guides or scripted automation.
Pros
Breaks down admin concepts like 'tenant health' into understandable pieces.
Hands-on labs are guided and don't require prior admin experience.
Good, quick explanation of why Copilot adoption reports matter.
Cons
Covers a lot of ground superficially; more of a tour than deep training.
The 'resilience' part is mostly about clicking through backup settings.
Labs are a bit too much 'click here, now click here'.
That second exercise, where you diagnose a network failure with Copilot, was the key. It's not about the commands, but about seeing what happens when a connection flakes out. I finally get why IT is so obsessed with WebSocket connections for Copilot.
The module turns abstract admin jargon into concrete scenarios. What if our SharePoint data vanishes? That’s the Backup unit. Are people using the tools we pay for? That's the Adoption Score unit. It skips the deep technical weeds, which is exactly what I needed. It’s a guided tour, not a technical manual. I still can't fix anything myself, but now I can ask smarter questions in meetings instead of just nodding.
