A solid, high-level technical overview of Azure's core messaging and serverless components. It's more of a 'what' than a 'why', but useful for a quick orientation.

Who it's for
Developers needing a quick, hands-on survey of Azure's serverless and messaging services for AI backends.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for deep architectural patterns or comparisons between services.
Pros
Concise modules for Service Bus, Event Grid, and Functions.
Hands-on labs use the Azure sandbox.
Covers the fundamental integration patterns for asynchronous AI tasks.
Cons
Feels like three separate product intros stitched together.
Doesn't go deep on when to use one service over another.
The 'AI solution' context is very generic.
The lab where you spin up an Azure Function to process a queue message was the best part. It’s direct, effective, and works well in the sandbox. But the path itself feels like its three modules just bolted together. The Service Bus section was a decent refresher, but the Event Grid part was thin. It shows you what the service is, but not when you should use it. For instance, when should a team choose Event Grid over a Service Bus topic for fanning out events? The course doesn't really arm you for that architectural discussion. It’s a tour of three services under a shared 'AI backend' banner, not a cohesive design guide. I left with a better feel for each product's SDK but not much more architectural wisdom.
