It's all conceptual. You click through slides explaining what an admin *would* do to prepare a tenant for Copilot—things like configuring SharePoint Advanced Management or assigning licenses. But there's no sandbox, no lab, not even a simulated admin panel. I finished it in about 45 minutes, but I couldn't practice a single step. For a self-learner, this is just a product brochure.
I get that the target audience is IT admins who already have access to a corporate M365 environment. For them, maybe this works as a quick pre-flight checklist. But for me, it was like reading the instruction manual for a car I can’t afford to drive. I don’t feel like I learned how to *implement* anything, just what buttons someone else would need to press.
