A useful, if high-level, orientation for what the new AI toys in Dynamics 365 Sales can do. It's a quick way for a PM or business user to understand the feature set, but don't expect to learn how to build or configure anything yourself.

Who it's for

Who should skip it
Developers or anyone looking for hands-on configuration experience.
Pros
Provides a clear overview of what's possible with AI in D365 Sales.
Explains the 'why' behind features like the Sales Qualification Agent.
Good for non-technical roles to get up to speed quickly.
Cons
No real hands-on labs; it's mostly reading and watching videos.
Skims over the 'how' of configuration.
Feels more like a product feature tour than a training course.
The Sales Qualification Agent is the whole show here. All the screenshots and videos circle back to it. They show the agent asking qualifying questions, summarizing conversations, and automatically updating lead scores. It gives you a solid mental model of what the system *should* do for a sales team. The bit on text message engagement was interesting, too—seeing how AI can draft replies. But a lot of it feels like watching a product demo on repeat. There's no sandbox to play in, no settings to toggle. I finished it understanding what to ask my engineering team for, but I couldn't tell them the first thing about how to actually set it up. It’s a good 2-hour briefing on the sales-facing features, not a configuration guide.
