Who it's for
New business users or functional consultants needing a quick visual tour of Dynamics 365 Sales reporting features.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for hands-on practice or strategic sales management concepts.
Pros
Provides a quick, high-level overview of what's possible.
Introduces the latest Copilot and AI agent features.
Clear screenshots of the user interface.
Cons
Purely descriptive; no hands-on exercises or sandbox.
Feels more like a product feature list than a training module.
Heavy on product-specific jargon.
It’s all just screenshots. Read about a forecast, see a picture of the forecast screen. Read about a pipeline, see a picture of the pipeline screen. It's an illustrated feature list, not training. I still don't know *when* my team would use one chart over another, or what a 'good' pipeline even looks like. I was hoping for the 'why' behind the clicks, but this is just a tour of the buttons.
