It’s a functional product tour, not a training course. Useful for getting the terminology straight before a meeting with the service team, but don't expect to learn how to *do* anything.

Who it's for
PMs, business analysts, or service managers needing a quick overview of the Dynamics 365 Contact Center's capabilities.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for a hands-on lab or a technical deep-dive.
Pros
Efficiently covers the entire case lifecycle from a business perspective.
Good explanation of how different channels (email, chat, etc.) feed into one system.
Clearly lays out the 'what' and 'why' without getting bogged down in technical setup.
Cons
Just reading and clicking 'next'; no actual sandbox environment to play with.
Feels like a high-level sales deck converted into a learning module.
The 'Exercise' is just a multiple-choice check, not a real task.
Our service team is looking at moving to Dynamics, so I needed to understand what 'case management' means in their world. This module is a clickable product brochure. It does a decent job mapping out the journey: a customer complains on Twitter, a case gets created, it's routed, and a supervisor sees it on a dashboard. It gave me the vocabulary for my next meeting.
But that's it. The 'exercise' sections are just knowledge checks. You read a wall of text, then answer a multiple-choice question. There's no sandbox, no 'try it yourself.' I came away understanding concepts, like the difference between basic and unified routing, but I have zero feel for what it's like to use the software. It answered 'what can it do?' but not 'how does my team's life get better?'
