This is a product demo, not a course. Use it to get a feel for the UI in 90 minutes, but don't expect to learn any transferable skills.

Who it's for
Absolute beginners wanting a quick tour of what the Copilot button does in Office apps.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking to build real sales automation or learn prompt engineering.
Pros
No setup required, browser-based.
A quick, guided tour of Copilot features in Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Separates use cases by business function (Sales, HR, etc.).
Cons
Not a real hands-on lab; it's a simulated environment.
Prompts are pre-written, you just click 'generate'.
Content is closer to a marketing demo than a skills course.
The 'AI' feels very scripted and on-rails.
They call it an 'exercise,' but you don't actually write any prompts. You click a button, a pre-written prompt appears, you click 'generate,' and then watch a canned animation. It’s like a video tutorial with more clicking. The Word and Outlook sections just demonstrate basic summarization and email drafting. There's zero room for experimentation or to see what happens when a prompt goes wrong. It feels less like a learning module and more like an interactive ad.
I did the Sales one and the HR one back-to-back, and they're nearly identical—just with different fake company documents. It’s a fast way to see what the buttons in the UI do, sure, but you won't walk away with any skills. It’s just a product tour.
