Pros
Maps Microsoft's entire AI stack to a strategic framework.
Connects the Cloud Adoption Framework to AI projects.
Explains the difference between single-agent and multi-agent solutions.
Cons
No hands-on activities, it's all reading.
Very heavy on Microsoft-specific product names and architecture diagrams.
Lacks concrete case studies of failure or trade-offs.
The first diagram, with the Cloud Adoption Framework branching into AI strategy, nearly made me close the tab. It felt like corporate buzzword bingo. I pushed through because my team is drowning in requests for 'an AI feature,' and I needed a map to translate their vague ideas into something our architects could actually discuss.
This module is that map, but only if you live in Microsoft's world. It’s less about *how* to find a good use case and more about *which* Microsoft product to use once you have one. Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365... it's a full product catalog disguised as a strategy guide. There are no exercises, just text. It helped me understand the vocabulary for my next meeting with the tech leads, but it didn't give me any new tools for deciding what we should build.
