This is a reference manual for Azure architects, not a conceptual guide. Product managers will drown in the jargon without getting a clear 'why'.

Who it's for
Solution architects deep in the Azure ecosystem.
Who should skip it
Product managers or leaders needing a conceptual overview.
Pros
Covers the latest Azure services for AI governance.
Maps out a full enterprise lifecycle, from CI/CD to monitoring.
Clear diagrams of zero-trust architecture.
Cons
Extremely dense with Azure product names.
No hands-on labs, just text and diagrams.
Assumes deep familiarity with concepts like CI/CD and identity management.
The zero-trust architecture diagrams looked useful, like something I could show my security team. Then I hit the wall of text: Azure this, Entra that, Microsoft Foundry doing something else. It feels like reading an internal engineering spec sheet, not a learning module. There are no labs, no sandboxes—just page after page of dense documentation about how to connect services most people have never heard of.
I was hoping to understand the guardrails for these new agentic systems. What's the mental model for governing a team of AI agents? Instead, I got a shopping list of Azure products. This path answers 'how' with specific tools, but it never stops to explain the 'what' or 'why' in plain English. If you don't already know what CI/CD for a multi-agent system entails, this won't teach you.
