Who it's for
Azure account managers needing to know MLOps buzzwords.
Who should skip it
Developers looking for a practical guide to build a CI/CD pipeline for ML.
Pros
Quick overview of what Azure offers for MLOps.
Distinguishes Azure Pipelines from GitHub Actions at a high level.
Cons
Zero code, zero labs, zero practical steps.
Essentially a clickable brochure for Azure products.
Reads like marketing documentation, not training.
It's a sales deck disguised as a learning module. I went through it hoping for a concrete example of setting up a pipeline, maybe even a simple YAML file to inspect. Nothing. Just a sequence of slides defining terms: this is an AML Pipeline, this is an Azure DevOps Pipeline, this is a GitHub Action. The whole thing is abstract. You don't build anything or even see how the pieces connect in a real project.
The knowledge check at the end just asks you to parrot back the marketing definitions. It's frustrating because the topic is important, but this module gives you no tools to actually *do* it. You just learn the names of the Azure services that supposedly handle it. Felt like a total waste of half an hour. I learned more from a five-minute YouTube video.
