Prompts are given, not developed; you don't learn how to write them.
Concepts are entirely tied to the Microsoft ecosystem and not generalizable.
Knowledge check is a simple recall quiz.
A screenshot shows a prompt: `/Everyone search for internal documents about our Q3 campaign performance`. That’s it. You don't build the 'Internal Insights Researcher Agent', you don't write the prompt, you just read a picture of what happens when someone else runs it. It’s like a recipe that only shows you a photo of the finished meal.
Every single unit is the same. You're told about a 'Market Trends Researcher Agent' or a 'Prompt Coach Agent', and you see a static image of the UI with a canned prompt and its output. There is no sandbox, no simulation, no place to try even a modified version of the prompts. I spent more time trying to figure out if I was missing a link to a lab environment than I spent on the actual content. This isn't a training module; it's an extended PowerPoint slide deck disguised as a course.
The final knowledge check was the last straw. One question asked what the Prompt Coach agent does. The options were basically repeating the one-sentence description from the unit I had just read two minutes prior. There’s no skill being tested here. If you can read and have a short-term memory, you get 100%. I get that it's a short, introductory thing, but I've seen 10-minute YouTube tutorials that deliver more actual learning. At least with a video, you see the tool in action. Here, you're just staring at screenshots.
