This is a 25-minute product demo, not a course. It's useful for showing a nonprofit team *what* Copilot can do, but it won't teach them *how* to be better program managers.

Who it's for
Nonprofit staff curious about what a Copilot prompt looks like for their work.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for advanced automation or a structured course on program management.
Pros
Extremely short and to the point.
Gives concrete examples of prompts for nonprofit tasks.
Good as a quick demo for a non-technical team.
Cons
Exercises are just copy-pasting prompts.
Doesn't go beyond basic scheduling and brainstorming.
Feels more like a product feature page than a training module.
The first hands-on bit, "Exercise - Program planning," just gives you prompts to copy and paste into your own Copilot instance. First, draft a program plan. Then, turn that plan into a GANTT chart table. It's a quick demo of a feature, which is fine, but it’s not really training. You aren't learning a new way to think about program management; you're just being shown a button to push.
My team is looking at AI tools, and my job is to figure out if they actually save time. This module gives me two concrete talking points for our next meeting. I can show them exactly what it looks like to ask Copilot to schedule volunteer training or draft an outcome tracker. It’s a helpful visual aid. But it doesn't answer the harder questions, like what happens when the AI hallucinates a project timeline or how to integrate this with our existing donor database. A very small start.
