It's a 20-minute product pitch disguised as a training module. It offers no practical skills and feels like an internal HR slide deck. Skip it unless you need to tick a box for a corporate learning path.

Who it's for
Absolute beginners (e.g., K-12 educators) who have never heard of using AI for content creation.
Who should skip it
Anyone with basic familiarity with ChatGPT or Copilot; developers or technical students looking for practical skills.
Pros
Extremely short and easy to complete.
Introduces a few Microsoft product names like Copilot and Azure Machine Learning Designer.
The 'Knowledge Check' is simple enough to pass without reading.
Cons
Superficial content that reads like a list of bullet points.
No hands-on practice, just text and multiple-choice questions.
Feels more like a product ad for Microsoft 365 Copilot than a genuine training module.
The title is misleading; it doesn't teach you *how* to streamline anything, just that it's possible.
I burned through the knowledge check at the end without reading a single page. That probably says everything. The questions were things like 'Which AI tool can help with...' and the answer was always the most obvious one. This isn't training; it’s a list of PowerPoint bullet points converted into a web page.
The entire module feels like it was written for someone who has been in a coma for the last three years and has never heard of ChatGPT. It repeatedly states that AI can help create learning objectives, generate content, and build assessments. Yes, we know. But how? What prompts work best? How do you integrate Azure Translator or the Language Service into a real workflow? It doesn't show you. It just tells you that these tools exist.
The section on Microsoft 365 Copilot was particularly thin. It felt less like education and more like an internal memo trying to justify the subscription cost to business users. I was hoping for at least a simulated environment or a link to a sandboxed tool to try something, anything. Instead, it's just text. Twenty minutes of my life for a few hundred XP on my Learn profile. I’m not sure it was a good trade.
