Reviewer's verdict

This isn't a course, it's a product brief for school IT admins. Unless you manage an M365 Education tenant, there's nothing to learn or do here.

Decision summary

Best for

School IT administrators who already manage Microsoft 365 Education.

Watch for

Zero hands-on; it's a slide deck in browser form.

Who it's for

School IT administrators who already manage Microsoft 365 Education.

Who should skip it

Students, developers, or anyone without admin access to a Microsoft 365 Education tenant.

Pros

  • Quick overview of the admin-level concepts for Agent 365.
  • Clear screenshots of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Up-to-date with recent product names.

Cons

  • Zero hands-on; it's a slide deck in browser form.
  • Completely inaccessible for anyone who isn't an M365 admin for a school.
  • The 'Knowledge Check' is trivial multiple-choice.

This was 15 minutes of reading product documentation. No lab, no sandbox, nothing to try. It just shows what an admin *would* do in the M365 Admin Center to enable these agents. Since I don't have access to an education tenant, the whole thing was just a list of features I can't touch.

The screenshots are clear enough, I guess. It shows where you'd click to manage agent lifecycles or monitor behavior, but it’s all hypothetical for me. The 'knowledge check' at the end just asks you to recall what you just read. There's no skill involved. I see it’s part of a 'Partner Success Series,' which probably explains why it feels like a sales enablement deck for IT resellers, not a real training module for a learner.
