This is a quick, high-level overview disguised as a technical module. It's useful as a glossary of Azure's AI agent services, but offers no practical skills. Skip if you're looking to build anything.

Who it's for
Architects or managers already committed to Azure, needing a high-level framework.
Who should skip it
Developers looking for code examples, students needing practical skills, or anyone not in the Azure ecosystem.
Pros
Provides a structured way to think about build vs. buy decisions.
Introduces Azure-specific products like Foundry.
Quick to complete.
Cons
No hands-on component or code; purely conceptual.
Feels more like a sales document for Azure services than a technical tutorial.
Over-simplifies complex trade-offs without concrete examples.
The trade-offs table on the third page is pretty much the entire module. It maps time-to-value against complexity and customization. Once you see that chart, you can guess the rest. Custom agents are expensive but flexible; pre-built ones are fast but rigid. Got it. The content is mostly a tour of Azure's product catalog: Foundry, Copilot, and so on. There's nothing to actually do. No sandbox, no code snippets, not even a hypothetical pricing scenario to work through. It's just abstract nouns and promises of efficiency without showing how. I finished it in about 20 minutes and didn't feel like I learned a skill, just a list of services. It felt like a marketing PDF turned into a Learn module.
