Reviewer's verdict

It's a free, two-hour product tour of Microsoft Purview's AI features. Treat it as a visual glossary, not a practical skilling course.

One screenshot showed the 'AI hub' in Microsoft Purview, and that's about as close as I got to the software. This whole path is just text and diagrams showing you where buttons would be if you had an E5 license and a live tenant to play with. It's a quick read, maybe ninety minutes, but there's not much to take notes on. You read about how Purview can manage AI risks, then answer a quiz question like, 'Which tool manages AI risks?' Spoiler: it's Purview.

There's no sandbox, no lab, no simulation. As someone trying to see what this stuff actually does, it's frustrating. It shows me the menu but won't let me order. It's free, which is the only reason I bothered, but this is more of an interactive brochure than a real course. I guess it gives me some keywords for my resume, but I couldn't actually configure any of it if asked.
