A skippable marketing brief on ROI. You get a few buzzwords and a formula, but no actual skills to perform a real forecast. It's more of an internal sales deck than a technical training.

Who it's for
PMs or sales engineers needing a quick overview of ROI talking points.
Who should skip it
Developers or anyone looking to build or model actual agent costs.
Pros
Extremely short, can be finished quickly.
Introduces basic ROI formula components.
Provides a structured vocabulary for business discussions.
Cons
No hands-on component or real data.
Essentially a slide deck in text form.
The 'Foundry Tools' spreadsheet is a screenshot, not a usable template.
Too high-level to be practically useful for implementation.
I kept waiting for the download link for the "Foundry Tools" spreadsheet shown in the screenshots. Spoiler: there isn't one. The whole thing is a slide deck converted to web text. You get a formula: `ROI = (Financial Gain - Investment Cost) / Investment Cost`. Then a few paragraphs explaining that gains can be revenue increases or cost savings. That's it.
No data, no example model, no interactive calculator—just screenshots of one. I expected at least a toy Excel template to play with, to see how changing agent response time or task volume impacts the numbers. Instead, it feels like I just read a brochure for a consulting service. It’s too abstract to help build a real business case. The linked modules on cost drivers and best practices seem a little more concrete, but this one was just a list of definitions.
