This is a product walkthrough, not a hands-on course. It's useful for understanding what the Dynamics 365 Contact Center can do, but you won't build anything tangible.

Who it's for
Functional consultants or business users already inside the Dynamics 365 ecosystem looking for a product tour.
Who should skip it
Developers or anyone looking for hands-on coding practice or deep technical dives.
Pros
Provides a structured overview of the Dynamics 365 Contact Center IVR capabilities.
Covers modern features like Copilot Studio integration and multilingual agents.
Content is up-to-date as of late 2024.
Cons
Lacks a real hands-on lab environment; it's mostly reading and knowledge checks.
Feels more like a product feature summary than a practical training course.
Requires familiarity with the Dynamics ecosystem to fully grasp the context.
This path is more of a guided tour than a real course. It felt like reading through official product documentation, just organized into modules. They walk you through setting up a voice channel, integrating a Copilot Studio agent, and handling multiple languages. Sounds great. But there's no actual sandbox. You just read about it, then answer a multiple-choice question on what you just read. I get why—a full Dynamics 365 environment is a big ask for a short module—but it leaves a huge gap between theory and practice. I finished knowing what the buttons are called, but I wouldn't feel confident configuring a real IVR from scratch.
