This is a product tour, not an AI course. It shows you which buttons to click in Dynamics 365 to turn on pre-built AI features. Skip it unless your job forces you to use this specific software.

Who it's for
Functional consultants needing to tick a box for AI features in Dynamics 365.
Who should skip it
Developers or anyone looking for hands-on AI implementation skills.
Pros
Quick to complete.
Gives a high-level overview of built-in AI features.
Requires no coding or setup.
Cons
Feels more like a product manual than a course.
No hands-on labs; it's all text and screenshots.
Doesn't teach you how to build or customize the AI models.
Very niche to a specific Microsoft product.
This isn't an AI course; it’s a product manual. The whole thing is just a tour of a few AI features inside Dynamics 365 Business Central. You read about how to set up cash flow forecasts and predict late payments, but you don't actually do anything. There's no code, no Azure AI Studio, and not even a sandbox environment to click through the steps shown in the screenshots. You're just reading documentation.
I was hoping it might cover how the Azure AI services connect to the backend or how the models are trained, but it's all a black box. You learn that a 'Sales and Inventory Forecast extension' exists and that you can configure it. That's it. This felt more like training for a very specific job task than learning a transferable skill. It took less than two hours, but I'm not sure I learned anything a five-minute YouTube demo couldn't have taught me.
