This is a configuration guide disguised as a course. It's a useful recipe if you have all the ingredients (licenses and context), but it won't teach you how to cook.

Who it's for
Functional consultants or business users already inside the Dynamics 365 ecosystem who need to configure multilingual IVR.
Who should skip it
Beginners trying to learn what a contact center is, or developers looking for API-level code examples.
Pros
Covers two very specific, practical use cases for multilingual setup.
Clear screenshots walk through the Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Contact Center UI.
Addresses a common real-world problem (language switching).
Cons
No hands-on lab or sandbox environment to actually build the flow.
Assumes deep familiarity and existing access to Dynamics and Copilot Studio.
Feels more like product documentation than a standalone training module.
Setting the global variable `pva_LastRecognizedLanguage` is the key step, and the screenshots for it are sharp. But that’s what this whole module is: a picture book. A well-made one, for a very specific task. I followed along, clicking through the diagrams showing how to set up language switching mid-call versus by dialed number. It’s all there, step-by-step.
The problem is, there’s no sandbox. It’s like watching someone else assemble furniture. I don’t have a Dynamics 365 Contact Center or the right Copilot Studio license sitting around, so I couldn't actually build or test any of it. I can now describe how the pieces connect, but I have zero hands-on experience to show for it. It just feels like reading a chapter from a much larger, and probably very expensive, manual.
