A fast, free product brochure in the form of a learning module. Useful if you're already a Dynamics consultant needing to see the new Copilot UI, but not a real learning experience for outsiders.

Pros
Quick overview of the latest Dynamics 365 Customer Service + Copilot features.
Good for visual learners with plenty of UI screenshots.
Clearly outlines the 'happy path' workflow for case management.
Cons

Knowledge checks are simple multiple-choice questions on memorized facts.
Assumes significant prior knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform.
This one's tricky to rate. It's marked 'beginner', but that assumes you're a beginner to *Copilot*, not a beginner to the entire Dynamics 365 universe. I spent the first twenty minutes just trying to untangle the vocabulary—the difference between the 'Copilot Service workspace' and a dozen other similar-sounding product names. The module is really just a guided tour of UI screenshots, showing you where to click to create a case, how Copilot summarizes a conversation, and how it drafts an email. It does that part fine.
The problem is, that’s all it is. There's no sandbox, no trial environment linked, no way to actually *do* any of it. The quiz at the end is a vocabulary test: 'What feature lets you do X?' You just have to remember the name from the text two pages back. I got 100% on the quiz and I still have zero confidence I could actually manage a case in this system. I get that they can't give everyone a free Dynamics license for a one-hour module, but calling this a hands-on learning path feels misleading. It’s more of a sales demo you have to click through yourself. If you're a consultant who just needs to see screenshots of the new August update, this is efficient. If you're a student trying to learn transferable skills, this isn't it.
