This is a quick, guided tour of the lead management UI in Dynamics 365 Sales. It's useful for certification prep or a quick feature overview, but don't expect it to teach you sales.

Who it's for
Functional Consultants preparing for a Dynamics certification, or anyone who needs to quickly see the UI for lead management.
Who should skip it
Beginners without any CRM context; anyone looking for a deep dive into sales strategy.
Pros
Provides a sandboxed Dynamics 365 environment to click through.
Covers the full lead lifecycle from creation to qualification.
Recently updated to include Copilot features.
Cons
The sandbox environment is slow to launch.
Feels more like a product tour or a software manual than a course.
Knowledge checks are simple vocabulary recall.
The lead qualification unit is just a guided click-through. It tells you exactly which button to press to change a lead's status and doesn't ask you to think. The sandbox environment took so long to launch that I’d already read through the first two units by the time it was ready. The whole thing feels like following a recipe where the ingredients are pre-measured.
It’s a visual walkthrough of the Dynamics 365 Sales interface, more like documentation turned into a slide deck. The Copilot section was disappointing—just a few screenshots and a paragraph. For a feature so central to Microsoft's marketing, I expected an interactive exercise, not a picture of one. It gets the job done if you’re cramming for a cert exam and need to see the menus, but it won’t teach you anything about actual lead nurturing strategy.
