This is a product marketing deck presented as a 'course'. Use it for a 30-minute high-level skim to understand what D365 Contact Center is, but don't expect to learn how to do anything.

Who it's for
Functional consultants needing a high-level overview of the new product name and its components.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for hands-on practice, developers, or learners trying to build a real contact center.
Pros
Quick, high-level introduction to a new product.
Covers the key marketing terms and components, like Copilot integration.
Requires no setup or prior Dynamics knowledge.
Cons
Purely a product tour; no hands-on labs or exercises.
Very little technical depth, feels like reading a brochure.
Quizzes are simple recall questions about the text.
One screenshot of the connector configuration screen is as hands-on as this gets. The whole module is a list of features with very little 'how.' It's a guided tour of a spec sheet. You read about setting up embedded chat, you see screenshots of the admin center, and then the knowledge check asks you to recall a feature name. No sandbox, no labs, no 'try this.'
I guess it’s useful if my boss asks 'what is this new Dynamics Contact Center thing?' and I need a quick answer. It gives you the vocabulary. But for anyone trying to actually build skills or figure out how this works under the hood, it's a dead end. I finished it and felt like I just read a long marketing email. Quick way to get a badge, but that's about it.
