This is a guided tour of the Dynamics 365 sales floor, not a technical course. It's a quick way to learn the marketing names for Microsoft's AI features, but offers no depth or practical skills.

Who it's for
Functional consultants or business users already in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem looking for a high-level product tour.
Who should skip it
Developers or anyone looking for technical details, code samples, or hands-on practice.
Pros
Quick overview of how various Dynamics 365 apps connect.
High-level introduction to the role of Copilot within the ecosystem.
Mentions responsible AI principles.
Cons
Essentially a product brochure in module format.
No hands-on labs or interactive elements; just text and screenshots.
Vague on the 'how'; focuses entirely on the 'what'.
One screenshot shows Copilot. The next unit shows another screenshot. The whole module is a slide deck. We get bullet points describing what each Dynamics 365 app—Sales, Customer Service, Field Service—is supposed to do. There's no sandbox, no lab, not even a simulated environment to click through. You just read about features. Forty minutes to learn the names of five different products and be told that Copilot helps with all of them. I guess I know what 'Customer Insights' is now, at least in theory. This isn't a course on 'how' to transform customer experiences; it's a presentation on 'which' Microsoft products you'd need to buy to do it. It’s an ad.
