A quick read for a manager who needs to create a PowerPoint slide, not a training module for anyone who actually has to build or use AI tools.

Who it's for
Technology managers or business leaders needing a quick Microsoft-centric overview.
Who should skip it
Individual learners or anyone looking for hands-on skills.
Pros
Provides a structured, high-level framework for planning.
Quick to complete.
Recent and relevant to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Cons
No practical exercises, purely theoretical.
Feels like a sales deck for M365, not a training module.
The 'exercise' is just a link to a Word document.
Too abstract for a student or individual developer.
I got to the exercise, clicked the button, and it just downloaded a Word document. It’s a template for drafting an AI skilling journey, which sounds useful, but there’s nothing to do with it inside the module itself. Am I supposed to fill it out on my own time for a hypothetical company? The whole thing feels like a sales deck that got turned into a Learn path. It’s full of diagrams about assessing AI readiness and fostering collaboration, which is fine, but it’s all talk. For a student, this is completely abstract. I clicked through it in about 15 minutes, skimmed the text, and passed the knowledge check. The questions were basically just matching terms from the slides. I learned what Microsoft thinks a business leader should think about. That's about it.
