This is a product marketing page disguised as a training module. It has zero educational value for a student or developer. Skip unless you are literally about to buy a fleet of laptops for a company.

Who it's for
IT procurement managers or business decision-makers comparing new hardware.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for technical skills, coding, or AI concepts.
Pros
Extremely short.
Up-to-date with the latest product release.
Clearly lays out marketing points for the Surface Laptop.
Cons
This is not a course, it's an interactive brochure.
The 'Knowledge Check' is a marketing recap.
Teaches you nothing practical, only product features.
Feels like an ad you have to click through.
This module popped up in my recommendations, probably because of other AI content I've been looking at. The title mentioned Intel and AI features, so I figured it might have a technical peek into how on-device AI works, or what makes a 'Copilot+ PC' different under the hood. It offers none of that. Not a single useful detail for a developer.
This isn't a course. It's a sales brochure that you have to click 'Continue' to get through. The entire module is a series of marketing bullet points about the Surface Laptop's design, security features, and how it's great for business users. The section on AI features just describes what you can do with Copilot, not how the NPU works. It’s purely a user-level summary.
The final 'Knowledge Check' was the most frustrating part. The questions are things like, 'Which feature of the Surface Laptop helps with security?' The answers are just the marketing terms from the previous page. There's no thinking involved, just pattern matching the buzzwords. Passing the quiz doesn't mean you learned anything; it just means you were paying attention to the advertisement.
I didn't gain a single new skill or piece of technical knowledge. It feels like Microsoft is padding its Learn catalog by converting product pages into 'modules' to collect engagement metrics. A waste of time for any technical learner.
