Pros
Quick, no-fluff summary of product capabilities.
Good explanation of the embedded vs. standalone modes.
Clear screenshots of the agent interface and Copilot.
Cons
Purely a product tour, not a technical course.
No interactive sandbox or labs.
You can't build or try anything, only read about it.
A screenshot showing the 'embedded' versus the 'standalone' contact center app was the one truly useful artifact here. It finally clarified the two modes for me. But that’s where the real learning stopped. The rest is just a guided read-through of a feature list—voice, chat, knowledge management, etc. You click through units that are basically product documentation pages with a knowledge check tacked on at the end. The quiz just asks if you remember the feature names from the previous paragraph. I was hoping for a tiny sandbox where you could at least click through a pre-configured agent dashboard. No luck. You don't get to touch the product at all. It does a decent job of explaining the pieces, like its connection to Azure Communication Services, but this is strictly for people who need to know *what* the product does, not *how* to use it.
