Reviewer's verdict

A useful, if shallow, 40-minute product tour of what Copilot Studio can do. It's a good map of the territory before you commit to a longer project or course.

Who it's for

Beginners needing a quick survey of Copilot Studio's features.

Who should skip it

Developers looking for deep integration or coding examples.

Pros

  • Quick overview of the entire agent enhancement workflow.
  • Clear screenshots for navigating the UI.
  • Connects Copilot Studio to other Power Platform tools like Power Automate.

Cons

  • More of a product tour than a hands-on tutorial.
  • Lacks depth on any single topic, especially Power Automate integration.
  • The performance analytics section is very brief.

My chatbot needed to do more than just answer canned questions, so I went looking for ways to enhance it. This module felt less like a tutorial and more like a guided tour of the Copilot Studio UI. It points to where everything is: Power Automate for actions, handoff settings, topic triggers. But you don't really build anything complex.

The screenshots are helpful, at least. I could follow along and see exactly which menus they were talking about. I was hoping for more on the Power Automate side, maybe a small, concrete example of passing data back and forth, but it stays at a very high level. The analytics section was basically just 'here is a dashboard.'

It gave me enough keywords to search for deeper tutorials on the specific parts I actually need to use. I got it done, but I wouldn't say I 'learned' a skill so much as I learned the product's feature list.
