This is a 10-minute appetizer, not a meal. It's a short document outlining what a trainer needs to know, not a course that teaches those skills. Only useful as a table of contents for a real training program you'd have to find or create elsewhere.

Who it's for
Administrators or business users looking for a high-level overview of the 'why' behind training physicians on Dragon Copilot.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for actual training content, code, or a hands-on lab.
Pros
Extremely short, can be completed in under 10 minutes.
Gives a list of necessary trainer skills, which is a useful checklist.
Cons
Contains no actual training material; it's a module *about* training.
The content is a very thin overview, essentially a short blog post.
Title is misleading; you don't 'learn to train', you learn *about* training.
The title is ‘learn to train,’ so I expected… well, to learn how to train someone. Maybe a small interactive example, a sample script, a checklist, anything.
What this module actually is? A 10-minute PowerPoint deck in text form. It's a document *about* training. It tells you what skills a trainer should have, why training is important, and that you should do a refresher. That’s it. It’s a meta-module. A table of contents for a course that doesn't seem to exist here.
The ‘Check your knowledge’ section was almost comical. The questions were things like ‘What is a key benefit of refresher training?’ with an answer you could guess without ever reading the module. I clicked through the whole thing in less time than it takes to brew coffee, and came out with nothing more than a vague awareness that Nuance thinks training physicians is a good idea. Which, you know, I already assumed.
I get that it's probably part of a larger learning path, but this specific module felt hollow. It's like finding a recipe that just says ‘Ingredients: flour, water, salt. Method: make bread.’ There are no concrete steps, no techniques, no ‘how-to.’ It's pure abstraction. I'm not a ‘Business Owner,’ but I still can't imagine who gets value from this other than to check a box on a corporate learning portal.
