This is a guided tour of button clicks inside Power Apps, not a strategy session on using AI for marketing. Useful if you need to see a live build, but don't expect to understand the business logic.

Who it's for
PMs who need to see a Power Platform 'AI' app get built, click by click
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for a strategic guide on podcast marketing or real AI concepts
Pros
Short, self-contained walkthrough of a specific Power Apps build
Follows a concrete, relatable business scenario (podcast promotion)
Shows how custom connectors work in practice
Cons
The 'podcast' theme is just thin wrapping for a standard Power Platform demo
Doesn't explain the 'why' behind the technical steps
Calls a simple form-to-GPT-call a 'copilot,' which is a stretch
The custom connector exercise took me longer than the rest of the module combined. It’s where this stops being slides and becomes a real build. The title is bait. We're not learning how to 'promote a podcast' in any marketing sense. We’re building a specific Power App that calls an OpenAI model to generate social media posts from a transcript. It's a technical walkthrough, not a business workshop.
For a product manager, its value is seeing exactly what the 'low-code AI' workflow looks like for the dev team. You see the screens, the API keys, the process of wiring things together. But it never answers the important questions: Is this the right way to do this? What are the other options? How would this actually fit into a real podcast's workflow? It's a decent one-hour demo of the tool, but calling it a 'copilot' feels like marketing got ahead of engineering.
