A useful, if passive, introduction for PMs trying to understand the Microsoft Health Bot's place in the ecosystem. It won't teach you how to build anything, but it will help you decide if you should ask your engineering team to.

Pros
Quick, high-level overview of what the Azure Health Bot service does.
Good job connecting the bot to the larger Microsoft for Healthcare ecosystem.
Explains the business value and compliance aspects clearly.
Cons
Zero hands-on interaction; it's a slide deck you click through.
Assumes significant familiarity with other Microsoft products like Power Apps and Omnichannel.
Feels more like a sales presentation than a training module.
That screenshot in Unit 4, the one showing the bot embedded in Power Apps, was the moment this clicked for me. Before that, it felt like just another chatbot product pitch. The module is basically a deck you read yourself—no labs, no code, not even a quiz that makes you think. It's a tour of a product's features. And for a PM, that's… actually okay sometimes. My job isn't to configure the bot's custom scenarios, but to figure out if we should even be using it in our patient portal.
This module does a good job of answering that. It clearly positions the Health Bot within the whole Microsoft for Healthcare suite. You see how it plugs into Omnichannel for Customer Service and how a business user (theoretically) could manage it. It talks about compliance, which is half the battle in healthcare. The whole thing is over in less than an hour, and by the end, I had a solid mental model: this is a pre-packaged, healthcare-specific bot service that you customize, not build from scratch. It saves you from having to train a base model on medical terminology.
It's not training in the traditional sense. You won't build anything. You'll just know what to ask your technical counterparts to investigate. It gave me enough language to have a coherent conversation with our engineering lead about a proof-of-concept. That's a win for a one-hour time investment.
