Reviewer's verdict

This is a product tour, not a technical course. It shows you what Agent 365 is supposed to do, but not how to build with it.

Who it's for

Business users or citizen developers needing a high-level tour of Agent 365 features.

Who should skip it

Engineers or developers looking for technical implementation details or code samples.

Pros

  • Quick, high-level overview of the Agent 365 product.
  • Covers the full lifecycle from creation to governance.
  • Up-to-date with recent product announcements.

Cons

  • Zero hands-on coding or meaningful interaction.
  • Feels like an extended product brochure or PowerPoint deck.
  • No technical depth; just a series of multiple-choice questions.

Staring at a screenshot of the Agent 365 governance tab, I realized this wasn't a course. It's a reading comprehension test on a product manual. The knowledge check asks which tab shows agent history. There's no sandbox, no API to hit, no code. Just clicking through a PowerPoint deck disguised as a learning path.

I get that this is for a 'Maker' audience, but even a maker needs to *make* something. I spent three hours clicking 'Next' hoping a lab would finally drop, but it never did. If you're an engineer, this is a complete waste of time. You'll get more out of a 20-minute product demo on YouTube. This path tells you the 'what' but never the 'how.' I still don't know how to integrate this with anything I'm actually building.
