This is a product marketing deck, not a course. It answers 'what is this thing?' but provides no technical skills. Read it in 15 minutes to know the term, then move on to something with a real lab.

Who it's for
Functional consultants or solution architects needing a quick, high-level overview of Agent 365.
Who should skip it
Developers, students, or anyone looking for hands-on experience or technical depth.
Pros
Quick introduction to a new Microsoft product.
Clearly defines the business value proposition (observability, governance, security).
No setup required, just read and click through.
Cons
Zero hands-on interaction; it's a product brochure in module form.
Doesn't explain how Agent 365 works, only what it does.
The 'Who Uses Agent 365' section is too broad to be useful.
Agent 365 as a hub connecting Copilot, custom agents, and open-source models looks impressive. It looks impressive. But after clicking through all eight units, I’m still not sure what a person actually *does* with this tool. I get the 'what' — it’s an observability and governance layer for agents. The benefits are listed clearly: observability, governance, security. It feels like I just read the slides from a sales kickoff meeting.
There's no sandbox, no demo environment, not even a simulated command line. The content describes capabilities at a high level, like a feature list on a pricing page. For example, it says Agent 365 provides security, but offers no specifics on the mechanisms. How does it enforce policies? What does the dashboard look like? How does it differ from the governance tools already in Azure or Copilot Studio? The module doesn’t answer these questions. It's a one-way broadcast of information. I finished it in about 20 minutes, and the knowledge check just asks you to recall the marketing points. The unit called “Who Uses Agent 365” lists six different professional roles. I guess I'm role number seven: the confused one. It’s a classic Microsoft Learn product announcement disguised as training. You learn the name and its purpose, but you don't learn how to use it or build with it.
