A 20-minute guided tour of a UI screen. It does exactly what the title says, but don't expect to learn any deep 'management' principles.

Who it's for
Developers wanting a quick, guided tour of the Azure API Management interface for AI APIs.
Who should skip it
Engineers looking for production patterns, cost management, or complex policy examples.
Pros
Provides a concrete walkthrough of setting up a rate-limiting policy.
Uses a live Azure sandbox environment, no local setup needed.
Very short and focused on a single task.
Cons
Overly simplistic; essentially a guided click-through of the UI.
Doesn't cover any non-trivial use cases or potential issues.
The 'knowledge check' is trivial.
Adding a single `<rate-limit-by-key>` tag to an XML file in a web UI is the whole exercise. The sandbox works, you click through the screenshots, and it's over. This is a product tour, not a tutorial. It shows you where the button is. That’s it. Saved me from having to read the marketing page, I guess.
