This is a corporate training package masquerading as a course. It's a three-day guided tour of a product's help file. If your company pays for it as a team-wide mandate, fine. For an individual, it's a hard pass.

Who it's for
Absolute beginners mandated by their company to use M365 Copilot.
Who should skip it
Anyone who has already spent a few hours experimenting with Copilot.
Pros
Official curriculum covers the 'correct' way to use the tool.
Focuses on secure collaboration and company-specific data.
Good for teams who need a standardized introduction.
Cons
Content is extremely basic; feels like a 3-day product demo.
Could be a one-hour video, not a multi-day instructor-led course.
Lacks practical depth for anyone beyond a first-time user.
My manager signed our team up for this. Three days. The first morning was basically 'this is a chat box, you type words in it.' I get that it's a basic course, but this felt like an extended sales demo. The instructor did their best, but the material is just thin. You learn to ask Copilot to summarize a document, draft an email, and find a file. Stuff you'd figure out in an afternoon of just using the tool.
The most useful part was a brief discussion on security and how it accesses internal company data, but that was maybe 30 minutes out of the entire 24 hours. The rest was just repeating prompts from a workbook. We could have covered all this in a one-hour all-hands meeting and saved two and a half days. It just tells you *what* the buttons do, not *how* to really think with it.
