A mandatory, but painful, step for anyone aiming for the Functional Consultant cert. Others should stay far away.

Pros
Covers the official MB-330 exam curriculum comprehensively.
The case study approach provides some business context.
Updated recently to include Copilot mentions.
Cons
Extremely long and slow; feels like a guided tour of UI menus.
'Hands-on' means following step-by-step PDF instructions, not solving problems.
Overkill unless your job is 100% configuring this specific product.
No real development or integration work.
My company paid for this. The instructor knew the system cold, which was about the only bright spot in this week-long UI tour. The entire course is just prep for the MB-330 certification. Don't come here expecting to learn supply chain principles. Don't expect to learn how to integrate this beast with anything else. Your job for 120 hours is to click through every single menu and configuration screen in Dynamics 365 SCM.
The 'hands-on labs' are a joke. They're just PDFs telling you exactly what to type into which box. There’s zero problem-solving. If you can follow instructions, you get a perfect score. We spent days on things like configuring product dimensions and tracking rules. I get it, someone has to do this, but for a builder, it was torture. It felt like reading a phone book out loud. By the time we got to warehouse management, my brain was numb. The whole 'Contoso' case study is just a thin narrative wrapper for a feature list; it doesn't make the material any more real.
I kept waiting for the part where we’d hit an API or automate a process with code. Never came. The Copilot mentions were just 'here’s a new button you can click'. If you're a developer, this is not for you.
