The presenter clicks through the Reading Coach student view, then the teacher's dashboard in Teams. The whole thing is a product demo. It answers the main question: what problem does this solve? It helps kids practice reading aloud, and gives teachers data without having to listen to every single one themselves. Straightforward.
As a PM, I was hoping for a little more on the 'why' behind the design choices. How did they decide on the feedback mechanism? What were the trade-offs? The course doesn't go there. It's laser-focused on classroom implementation. The instructor just kept repeating how it's integrated with Microsoft 365 Education. It makes sense for the target audience of school leaders, but I didn't get any transferable insights for my own work.
