A solid, if sales-y, strategic overview for senior leaders already in the Microsoft ecosystem. It provides the right vocabulary for board meetings but won't help you write a user story.

Who it's for
VPs and directors needing a Microsoft-centric AI strategy framework.
Who should skip it
Anyone looking for technical details or hands-on labs.
Pros
Translates AI capabilities into concrete business value.
Good primer on Microsoft's entire AI stack, from Azure to Copilots.
Focuses on strategy and governance, not code.
Cons
Can feel like a very long sales presentation for Microsoft products.
Zero hands-on exercises; purely conceptual.
Content is high-level; lacks tactical 'how-to' for a PM.
The 'Identify High-Impact AI Opportunities' module was a slide deck of frameworks. Good frameworks, I guess. They give you a structured way to think about where Copilot fits beyond just 'better email'. But that's what this entire course felt like: a long, well-structured PowerPoint. The instructor did a good job translating technical concepts into business outcomes, and no one tried to explain backpropagation to me, which was a relief.
But it's impossible to ignore that every solution presented leads right back to an Azure service or a Microsoft 365 license. I get it, it's a Microsoft course. Still, a few more objective strategic tools would have been nice. As a PM, this gave me the language to talk to leadership, but not the tools to build a better roadmap myself.
