This is a necessary evil for M365 admins. It's a pure IT governance course that happens to have 'AI' in the title, focused entirely on locking down Microsoft's own tools. Not an AI course.

It's exactly what you'd expect: a checklist for locking down Microsoft's black box. No building, just governing. It gets the job done for turning on the guardrails.

The whole thing felt like a compliance update, not an AI course. You learn how to assign an agent an identity in Entra and how to stop it from leaking customer data. Important, sure, but it’s pure IT administration. If your job is to keep the auditors happy in a big company running on M365, this is your manual. If you’re trying to build anything or understand how these agents actually work under the hood, look elsewhere. This is about containment, not creation.
