This is a certification-prep feature walkthrough, not a course on sales strategy. It tells you what buttons to press in Dynamics, but not why you should press them or whether you should be using Dynamics at all. Take it only if your job requires you to use this specific software.

Who it's for
Functional consultants or business users being onboarded to a company already committed to Dynamics 365.
Who should skip it
Product managers or leaders evaluating CRM platforms or looking for strategic sales process insights.
Pros
Covers the full 'official' workflow for Dynamics Sales.
Up-to-date with recent AI-driven features like Sales Copilot.
Instructor can answer company-specific setup questions.
Cons
Framed entirely as a feature tour, not a strategy course.
Feels like preparation for a certification exam, not for solving business problems.
No hands-on practice outside of following the instructor's clicks.
Three straight days of watching someone else click through screens. The instructor kept talking about 'unifying profiles' and 'interconnectivity.' Okay, I get it. This is how you add a lead, this is where the pipeline lives, this is the button for the AI sales feature. But the course never answered the real questions. Why is the sales process structured this way? What are the tradeoffs versus Salesforce or HubSpot? When does all this automation get in the way?
It’s a functional consultant’s dream and a product manager’s nightmare. You learn the 'what' of every single menu item in Dynamics 365 Sales, but you get zero mental models for the 'why.' The instructor was knowledgeable, sure, but they were teaching from a manual. I walked out knowing how to operate the machine, not how to win a race with it.
